The goal was to create a welcoming experience for the guests by allowing them to sign themselves in on the check-in app while focusing on giving them a warm and personal greeting. The result was a streamline front desk with a secure and modern check-in app. This check-in app is currently been used in all Sandals, Beaches and Grand Pineapple properties for a total of 24 properties in 7 countries.
